Ki 3rd Party Job Board Integrations

Automatically post your jobs from Ki directly to 3rd party job boards. Now you can push/publish your Ki Job Postings directly to the most commonly used industry job boards. With some boards, even have applicants use one of the Ki Apply-on-Line forms so they apply directly into your Ki ATS!

To get started, we just need to know which job boards you want to integrate with. Some 3rd party job boards have their own account requirements or thresholds, and we'll help you navigate that. Then we'll complete the initial configuration for each board and you are all set. Pricing is based on the number of boards you select. If there are boards not currently on the list, we can provide custom pricing if needed.

PracticeLink now requires a 100 job minimum contract with them to enable our feed.

There are currently 3 types of integrations that we have built out.

An API based integration, where the ability to send information from KI to an active integrated job board can be done in realtime. API's can also include what we call advanced bi-directional feeds including the ability to automatically create Applicant Candidate records in the Ki ATS as is available for 3RNet;
An XML based integration, where we provide the feed, and the job board reads the feed on a pre-determined schedule (XML feeds are not realtime – updates are generally only pulled once every 24 hours, although some may only pull the feed one time per week, this is scheduled by the job board);
A CSV file, where we provide a report for that job board, and the report has to be run and the file sent to the job board in question (XLS / CSV integrations require by far the most manual intervention, as a user of KI will have to regularly export the file and provide it to the job board within a certain time-frame in order for jobs to be updated). Fortunately, GetaMedJob is the only board we currently integrate with that still requires this manual process.
